Community rate requests may require verification or approval.
Tenant Rate
Special pricing for tenants
Reserved pricing for current building tenants using the space for events, meetings, activations, or programming.
Tenant eligibility must be confirmed at booking.
Booking Notes
- $200 refundable deposit is required to secure all rentals.
- The regular rate also requires a $250 reservation payment to hold the date.
- One hour for setup and one hour for teardown are included with the regular rental window at no additional charge.
- Lincoln Heights/community pricing and tenant pricing are subject to confirmation.
